Do you want to be part of the solution and are looking for a sustainable alternative to access the back country of the South Chilcotin Mountains Provincial Park?

Heli-biking or heli-hiking not only ruin a true nature connection, they also produce high emissions of carbon dioxide and displace wildlife which has drastic impacts on wildlife population numbers. Mountain goats, of which BC holds more than 50% of the world’s population, suffer especially from helicopter disturbance as it results in displacement and muscle damage or even the death of mountain goats. Find out more on the Chilcotin Ark Institute’s website. Accessing the back-country under your own power makes for a sustainable alternative when mountain biking in Gold Bridge, BC.
