Spruce Lake Camp - Gold Bridge BC

Log Cabin

Are you looking to disconnect from the city and reconnect to nature and yourself?

Are you looking from an escape from the city into the wildflower meadows of the South Chilcotin Mountains?

Best for: Intermediate bikers and hikers

Flora, fauna and landscape: Mule deer and grizzly bears are frequently encountered in the sub-alpine wildflower meadows. This camp is an excellent base for trails to key areas such as Windy Pass, the Gun Creek Trail, Mount Sheba and north in to the Big Creek Provincial Park.

Camp: A large log cabin with sleeping loft, kitchen and dining area and wall tents provide everything a family or group of friends need for a week in the mountains. Running pure mountain water is gravity fed from a nearby creek. This camp is also equipped with a shower house. A corral with water trough provides a secure place to overnight your horses.

Unique features: On the shores of Spruce Lake, this camp has excellent fishing. Boats, canoes and fishing gear are available to rent. Ancient fossil beds are found in the meadows above camp. It is also one stop on our Self Guided Cabin Circuit.

These are wilderness cabins, each guest is responsible for cleaning the cabin when they leave.
