Come with us as we take you on a culinary ride through the history and wilderness of the South Chilcotin Mountain Park. Sit down at our communal dining table in our Historic Gun Creek Lodge with your fellow guests and enjoy the fruits of the land and the labour of love from our cooks. Meal times are spent re-living your day’s adventures and being regaled by your guides with stories of wilderness and mountain life.

Each meal you eat with us is lovingly prepared by our experienced kitchen staff and not only provides mouth-watering sustenance after a day in the mountains, but also tells a story of the land and demonstrates the natural potential of the Bridge River Valley region. All of our menus are seasonally themed and draw on the wilderness within the South Chilcotin Mountain Park for inspiration. Depending on the time of the year that you visit, you will be able to experience the flavours from our own garden and the mountains around us.

Lovingly prepared each day, local and organic produce are the key ingredients in the family style meals, with vegetables and eggs gathered inside the ranch grounds and meats sourced from within the local district.  Vegetarian meals can also be catered for to ensure that we are able to meet our guests’ dietary requirements.

Indulge your taste buds as you experience the homemade meals prepared in our open kitchen as you return to the ranch after a day on the mountain ranges or take advantage of our packed lunches that are able to be made for you to take with you as you head into the mountains in search of adventure. Ranging from hearty meat stews to delicious salads and freshly baked biscuits, you’ll never go hungry while staying at the ranch.

Sitting around the fire after a hearty dinner, laughing and sharing with the other guests, or relaxing on the wrap around balcony as you look up at the pristine night sky, is the perfect way to end your day in the beautiful Canadian wilderness.
